Upgrading from such an old release may be quite difficult because the upgrade path includes releases that are also no longer supported and not available on the mirror network. Probably the best way forward is to download and install 16.04 LTS -- more information is available at http://www.ubuntu.com/download -- and 16.04 LTS will be supported for another five years.
