I have the same problem on HP Probook 355 with AMD A4-6210 APU
(integrated AMD Radeon R3 Graphics) and additional faster Radeon R5 M240
chip - after installation of fglrx drivers only slower in APU integrated
graphic hardware is used :(

I've tried on Ubuntu 14.04.4 with fglrx versions 15.200-0ubuntu0.5 and
newer 15.200.1-0ubuntu1 installed - same problem with both :(

Ubuntu-Baltix-14:~$ lspci |grep -i radeon
00:01.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI]
Mullins [Radeon R3 Graphics]
01:00.0 Display controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Jet XT
[Radeon R5 M240] (rev ff)

Later I try with latest fglrx 15.201, maybe this works correctly?
