Very strange. I use Ubuntu 15.04 and I install kernel 4.2.0 from ubuntu ppa kernel team and use kolasa patch https://github.com/kolasa/fglrx-core-15.201 and kernel and fglrx driver works fine.
Also in my second system I use Mageia 6 Cauldron (unstable) and have (from system repo) kernel 4.2 and new fglrx and works fine.
