This might be connected to Bug #435241 . You may try the according Kernel from http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v2.6.32-rc1/ and check if the problem is gone with it. If so please mark your bug as a duplicate or mention it in my report. Thanks.
