15.10 (daily 10.09.2015) is completely hashed. It is unusable on Lenovo m58p (intel q43/45). Since it is getting worse I don't think that this bug will be fixed soon. Maybe the solution is to switch to different flavor/distro. The issue may be fixed when Ubuntu switch to Mir and Unity 8. Until then just stick with 14.04.
