Hi Bryce, thanks for following up on this issue.
I just tried with Karmic Alpha6. The problem is still there. But you can see something interesting in the beginning of the log: (--) PCI: (0:4:0:0) 1002:4752:1002:8008 ATI Technologies Inc Rage XL rev 39, Mem @ 0xdd000000/16777216, 0xdf9fe000/4096, I/O @ 0x0000d800/256, BIOS @ 0x????????/131072 (--) PCI:*(0:4:1:0) 1002:4752:1002:8008 ATI Technologies Inc Rage XL rev 39, Mem @ 0xde000000/16777216, 0xdf9ff000/4096, I/O @ 0x0000dc00/256, BIOS @ 0x????????/131072 A similar error message appears when the kernel loads regarding resources in the BIOS. But there is no options in the BIOS configure the resources. Thanks, Bryce Harrington wrote: > Hi jfbucas, > > > Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu > better.
