I looked at the Lenovo support site. The BIOS upgrade is for Win7 64 so I'll have to boot that ( if Ubuntu Grub hasn't screwed up the Win 7 bootloader ) and see if the download and exe will work. Of course if a BIOS update fails I've got a dead computer.
