Matthew, can you please confirm that you don't have 'mirroring'
parameter anywhere on the kernel commandline?
# grep mirror /proc/cmdline
Can you please also post output of:
# find /sys/kernel/debug -name i915_dp_mst_info -exec cat {} \;
