I saw this happen when I tried to log in to my work system this morning, having been on over the long weekend.
Caps-lock was on, and typing my password was rather awkward as a result. I have cap-lock bound to Control on this keyboard - there is no key mapped to caps lock, so it cannot have been the keyboard. I had to use a Python script, that directly called libX11, found on stackoverflow to turn off caps lock. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to nvidia-graphics-drivers in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/649778 Title: caps lock turned on automatically from time to time To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-drivers/+bug/649778/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
