Black screen while waking this system from hibernate.
(Output signal from the system was detected by the monitor, its led turns from
idle orange to green, but nothing on it, just a black screen)
Meanwhile, Keyboard LED only response to NumLock key.
Later, the system went into kernel panic. (Screenshot attached)
