The work around is to revert back to a previous version, as said Christopher. 
In my case:
sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-intel=2:2.21.6-0ubuntu4

If you want to keep mir: "=2.21.9+xmir5870-0~saucy1"

And I removed the mir ppa:
sudo rm -i /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*mir*
sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get -y dist-upgrade
