nouveau: enable support for normal optimus configuration

nvd7 has no display engine, only enable sink output capability if there
is a crtc.

drmmode doesn't work without crtc's, so prevent crashes by skipping the
drmmode code in that case.

This patch is available in xf86-video-nouveau 1.0.8, which is currently
available in the development version of Ubuntu 13.10 "Saucy Salamander"
as xserver-xorg-video-nouveau 1:1.0.8-0ubuntu1
