In an attempt to try to find a work around I made the following change: Settings > Desktop Effects > Advanced > Composting type > OpenGL > Qt graphics system > Native (it was "Render").
I've now been running for nearly a week without seeing any freezes, it was at least one a day. As this is a KDE setting (I'm using Kubuntu) I guess it's not much help to the OP, sorry. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to nvidia-graphics-drivers-310 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1121579 Title: Xorg freeze To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-drivers-310/+bug/1121579/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
