I have an identical kernel panic stack trace as seen by Tevor Little above. I am also using a USA-19hs Keyspan serial to USB device.
I am not attempting to use ppp, or a dial up modem, or anything of that sort. I am simply trying to read serial data be sent from the Keyspan device. Not sure if this matters, but the serial input is at a non- standard 230400 baud rate. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-input-evdev in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1018241 Title: Kernel panic with ppp and keyspan usa-19hs To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-input-evdev/+bug/1018241/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
