The error appeared after installing Hardware enablement stack; sudo apt-get install --install-recommends linux-generic-lts-quantal xserver-xorg-lts-quantal libgl1-mesa-glx-lts-quantal
The error reporting tool said that bug could not be reported because apport-gpu-error-intel.py was from xserver-xorg-video-intel which had been deinstalled with the last upgrade. I deleted apport-gpu-error- intel.py and error went away lsb_release -a No LSB modules are available.
