Marking the raring task for -intel as WONTFIX because these hookups have
no user visible symptoms, and we're just suppressing the dialog.
Setting xdiagnose task to fixed since as of 3.4.4 the dialogs should no
longer be showing.
Leaving open an xdiagnose task for s-series to investigate filtering
these false gpu lockups from getting reported.
