What would be useful first would the xrandr output for each of the LVDS
/ TV configurations you try - just to verify that the display manager is
doing as commanded. Then a drm.debug=6 (echo 6 >
/sys/modules/drm/parameters/debug) dmesg of that procedure (i.e. enable
debug before starting the display manager; 'dmesg > dmesg.txt' after
trying all the combinations).

And of course it goes without saying, please have all updates applied
before retesting.
