The quickest, least permanent, method is to pause booting and add the
parameters from the grub boot screen. That first depends upon having a
grub prompt....

So edit /etc/default/grub and append drm.debug=6 to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT 
and run update-grub, then reboot.
Once booted open a terminal and type 'dmesg > dmesg.txt' and then attach 
dmesg.txt here.
