This is the dmesg just after the problem arises. I have found out that disabling in Compiz - Opengl the following items: - framebuffer object - Vertex buffer object - Always use buffer swapping
Decreases the impact of the bug. At least the application windows are redrawn after artefacts show. It's however not completely gone.
