Sorry to bother but it seems, for the lack of comments, that the bug has been solved, but not in my case.. I'm experiencing it every day - Raring updated to 5/2/13 on DELL LATITUDE E4200 - kernel 3.8.0-4 on x64 - xserver-xorg-video-intel 2:2.20.19-0
for the comment #156 it is supposed to be solved in the current raring kernel, but it's not..
