I tried the new 13.2 beta driver from AMD (2:12.100-0ubuntu1) and they work correctly with the Intel driver from 12.10 repository (2:2.20.9-0ubuntu2)! I think it is important to verify whether this problem is finally solved by the new 13.2 beta driver also for other users.
