This is a not a bug because you probably used the xorg-edgers ppa.
if it's still a problem try to manually force uninstall all possible
conflicting versions:
sudo dpkg -r --force all libdrm\* libkms\* libdrm\*:i386 libkms\*:i386
and then apt-get -f install to repair
