Hello Bryce, My old PC has been replaced and I can't perform any test for the 9200SE ATI board. So you may close this bug if you want.
I may test your solution for a Radeon™ HD 3200 Graphics, integrated in a AMD 780G if you need it. I have no visual effect in standard but I can get them when using the ATI driver, but this may not be related to this bug !
