I don't know if that will help, but I have the same intel_do_flush_locked io error sometimes. I create a java program under eclipse using lwjgl (OpenGL version: 2.1 Mesa 8.0.4). And I would greatly appreciate any work around the problem for sure! Thanks, Etienne Blanc
