I have three keyboard layouts configured (US English, Russian and
Ukrainian winkeys) and I have 'Alt Gr' key configured to be third level
modifier, but after I added fourth keyboard layout, third level is
working no more in any graphical application. Although, it is still
working in the gnome-terminal.
It do not depend of the layout added, it don't work with any.
I also have gxneur enabled, but disabling it have no effect.
