Yeah, it definitely seems like a Unity crash. In that case, do you have any .crash files for compiz in /var/crash? If so, can you run the command
apport-bug /var/crash/NAME_OF_CRASH_FILE.crash and file a new bug report for it? If that does work, then we can close this bug since apport will file a new one with all relevant details. Also, be sure to give us the bug number of the new bug if you file one.
