Excuse my delay, I was isolated due to final term exams. I am a beginner, so I am not sure if I got this correctly, but you need the source code of the package and the command line options to compile it? If that's the case how may I get them? The report was automatically created when the update failed, so I don't really know how to diagnose this problem with Apport.
