I can't make sense of your bug report.
If you mean your TV is cropping the image, then your TV probably is
doing overscan, which is typical of TVs. You have to turn it off on the
TV.
Beyond that, you haven't filed your bug report properly so there are no
logs, config files, etc. so can't really say what your trouble is.
