Well, kind of found a workaround myself after a lot of research, in the
end, the only clue(not really a true help) I ever received was the
mention of the error line message by David above.

Navigating throught nvidia video memory issues on linux at boot I saw
something like the below here(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
/nvidia-graphics-drivers/+bug/537218):

"add at the grub entry settings nopat or vesafb.invalid=1", and it
worked; tested just the nopat, removed the quiet splash(but maybe also
leaving quiet splash would work anyway).

I'm a bit gratefull only to David, since he was the only one which tried
to help.
