The video demonstrates the bug in unity, which is that the dock panel
doesn't return from auto-hide when the mouse is moved to the left side
of the screen. You mention that it affects other window managers too,
however they do not use unity's dock, so can you describe what you see
in each of those cases, that convinces you it is the same bug?
