Yeah, my Dell xps 13 ultrabook also has similar problem.

Cypress trackpad is recognized as "ImPS/2 Gerneric Wheel Mouse" not touchpad on
XPS 13 Ultrabook..
The touchpad woks just basic function like button click, and move cursor but it
doesn't work touchpad tapping click function and multitouch.
