The kernel is improperly detecting the refresh rate of my monitor: "Samsung
SyncMaster 551v" as 87 Hz while it's max. ratio is 85Hz.
This causes the screen to get a little narrower from all edges, and some very
thin lines appear Horizontally,
In fact I fixed this on desktop, but no way to fix it while on gdm.
