This is a basic problem, but I would understand if focus is on more serious
bugs.
But, in all versions of Ubuntu when you drag a window from one monitor to
another, the mouse icon moves.
So if the mouse on the screen was on the title, it'll move further to the top
left when moving to another screen.
The mouse should always lock to the titlebar when dragging a window, otherwise
it can confuse users in even single-window setups.
It's minor, but it only happens in Linux/Ubuntu, so it'd be very cool if
the problem could be fixed.
Also, this is my first "bug-report" so please let me know what I've done
wrong.
