Right, this isn't an nvidia driver issue. Not even sure it's an X
issue, but I'll file against xorg for now. Max clients is simply a
resource limit which can be exhausted by a badly coded client, for
instance.
Is anyone able to reproduce this on oneiric or precise? If so, provide
the output of 'ps aux' and 'wmctrl -l'.
