Actually, the multiarching would result in changed paths for the
binaries in the package, which theoretically should be quite safe, but
it has tremendous risk. It won't be able to fulfill SRU criteria.
I don't know why you need libxtst multiarched, but one option I'd
suggest would be to copy the package into a PPA that you guys can share.
