Is anyone else having problems with the native display setting tool in ubuntu with this issue?
If I open up display settings, it clearly cannot detect my displays and is presenting me with a huge, single monitor with 3360 X 1050 resolution (seen attached screenshot). It is unable to detect the display and I am unable to change the resolution. In past versions of Ubuntu, I was able to use this tool, however it always asked me if I wanted to use the nividia-settings instead. Could there be some conflict here? ** Attachment added: "monitor setting" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-drivers/+bug/882710/+attachment/2744993/+files/Screenshot%20at%202012-02-16%2006%3A39%3A46.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to nvidia-graphics-drivers in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/882710 Title: Monitor(s) black out and session freezes.
