Folks, when you try the patch in the freedesktop bugzilla: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37679 be sure to use the patch titled "enable.msi" unless your PC is HP and has RS690M. The patch has to applied to kernels < 3.0.9 or 3.1.0, or it may be rejected.
