Hi Swami, unfortunately it appears the tool didn't capture the error
properly this time - the error state file shows just 0x00000000 for the
error codes. This sounds similar to a bug that's already been reported,
so I think we may already have sufficient data on it now. But if you
get more popups please do file them.
