Try change:
UseLegacyModeSwitch to FALSE
in via_driver.c file:
case VIA_PM800:
pVia->VideoEngine = VIDEO_ENGINE_CME;
pVia->UseLegacyModeSwitch? = FALSE;
break;
then compile and install.
