Hi. I have been testing 20110901 Beta 1 oneiric-desktop-i386.iso on Asus eee pc 1005P. (Atom N450) I am not sure i have the same problem, i cannot locate the mentioned logs. -please advice.
When i boot live image from USB stick it gets stuck on the "Welcome" screen which is blank. Nothing shows in the window. If i left shift boot and choose "try ubuntu" is boots into desktop.
