I uninstalled Ubuntu completely cleaned up the files. etc. and reinstalled it now my keyboard works. I have no idea what happened there. but all i know it could of been a software conflict with the 11.o4. So thank you for everything.. there must of been a bug conflict. but not certain.. thanks again
