I can confirm that multi-touch does not work on touch-enabled Wacom. My laptop's screen is detected as a Wacom touch interface and it does not offer multi-input.
This is mainly due to the removal of the evtouch module, as it did not receive much upstream development, and whose code wasn't quite as polished as it could be.
