Konsole window flickers. Does not appear to be the border of the window,
rather, just the panel/viewable area. This bug is especially noticeable
when scrolling through a large file within vim.
My settings are mostly defaults with the exception of "Unlimited
scrolling" and "Linux Colors" in Appearance settings.
Some times, the "off point" of the flickering persists where I cannot
see a majority of the konsole panel (just the background wallpaper).
