Thank you for submitting this bug report. I believe the the lack of numbers when pressed with the num lock off is suppose to have functions such as insert, end and so forth. If you look at a normal 104 keyboard those functions are to be expected with the numlock off. I tested this on my Dell Inspiron 1420 and it functions just like your keyboard. I went ahead and labeled this bug as invalid, if you still believe that it is a valid bug then please reopen it.
