Hello apport is crashed, so you have to attach here the files manually: can you please, using the 'Add attachment or patch' button below attach here one at time the files: /var/log/Xorg.log /var/log/kern.log with the two screen connected. Thanks Fabio
You can also try to open a new bug report against the apport crash clicking on this link: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apport/+filebug and attaching with the suggested method the file of the apport crash that you can find in /var/crash/ that have in its name the word apport.
