Anakin Starkiller, the mouse pointer *is* visible after the following sequence:
1. Logout, causing GDM login screen to appear 2. Suspend 3. Resume 4. Login The mouse pointer is visible after step 4 (Login). I did not notice whether it is also visible before step 4 (Login).
