Tormod Just so you know i deleted the xorg.conf and the pc was working fine as i told you. Then today suddenly i could not see a larger resolution than 800x600, when i put back the auto-generated xorg.conf it works fine. I looked at the both xorg.0.log and old and they appear to be the same also, let me know what else i can do to help. Cheers
