Hi, I'm not able to find a comment I added to this bug:maybe I opened (but I cannot find it) an other with the explanation of what I found: it was due to an effect (blur) I activated.
With the latest release (now I've installed kde4.6 from ppa) this problem is not so "important" but it's still present on my hardware.
