hey, w i have installed the new X stack but after a reboot it crashed again but without freeze. The freeze was also gone with the old packages. I can't exactly tell you whether it is the same problem or not since apport crashed too before it showed the description. But i found a crash report in /var/crash/ which i add as attachment.
