Sorry, this bug report didn't have enough information to diagnose the problem.
I'd want to see the exact update-initramfs command line to understand why it's
failing to set up.
If you can still reproduce this issue feel free to reopen, but I'll assume
you're no longer seeing it (it looks like a weird random transient packaging
issue...)
